Shipping Times & Delivery Policy


Our goal is to offer you the best support & shipping options, no matter where you live. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, while ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.


Orders will go through 2 phases before being delivered to you:

1. Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. 

2. Shipping time: The amount of time it takes to receive your order after your order has shipped. Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods. Please read specific details below.

We process orders during business days & business hours only

Monday to Friday, 9 am - 6 pm, EST. We do not process orders on weekends & holidays.
We offer free shipping to over 30 countries including a tracking number for your package. All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through "Track My Order" link on our website.
Orders are being processed within 2-4 business days from the order date and are being shipped to you the following day. We do our best to fulfill your orders as soon as possible and ship them to you sooner in the fastest possible time!
Please note: Each and every product on our website has its own shipping times and it is specified on the actual product page. 
To be safe, please allow 5-10 business days for delivery to the United States & 18-30 business days to the rest of the world. Unless it is specified otherwise in the actual description on the product's page.
Shipping time during the holiday season can take an additional 5-7 business days. We recommend planning in advance and order ahead of time if you wish to receive your products in time for the holidays.
Actual Processing and Shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges. Our products are not being sold in stores therefore, planning ahead is the safest option.

Once we receive your order and commence the shipping process (product being shipped), you cannot cancel the order unless it is done within the first 12 hours from the time the order was placed. Simply sit tight and wait for your package to arrive, it is in transit.

Please be patient, in most cases items arrive much sooner than expected. Once the item you love has been received, it will be well worth it. You can always track your order to verify its exact shipping status while waiting.

If you need to change your original address or modify the existing shipping address, please do send us an email immediately within 12 hours of your purchase so we can do our best to make the required changes. We cannot guarantee a change of address after 12 hours.
We are not liable for shipping delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers, unforeseen circumstances such as shipping company and postal strikes or wrong shipping address mistakes made by the customers, inclement weather and natural disasters, etc. It is completely out of our hands unless you purchase additional insurance at the time of your purchase.
Our global partners ship our products directly to your door. Shipping times can vary based on the product and our partner's location. If you purchased multiple items, you may receive more than just one delivery, and deliveries may arrive on different days but all within the specified time frame. Rest assured that you will receive your package in time. You can shop with full confidence!


Any and all applicable taxes, customs fees or duties as governed by the laws of the country involved are the sole responsibility of the customer and shall be paid for by the customer. 
Please Note: We have no control over duty & fees imposed by the government. It is completely out of our hands and there is nothing we can do about it.


We currently ship our products to over 80 countries around the world. Please be sure to insert your Complete shipping address at checkout and the system will automatically notify you if your product can be shipped to your desired destination.

Alternatively, you can purchase our products and have your items delivered to a U.S. based forwarding service or to a friend or family member in a country that we do ship and then have it shipped directly to your home country in the event that we don't ship to your desired destination.
